      Sync on Login allows for EnvSource to update associated EIS Records based on updated attributes provided by an SP. This could be a more general capability, allowing any EIS to perform an immediate resync prior to the user (eg) landing on a Dashboard.

      Sync on Login should probably be implemented as a Traffic Plugin (CFM-303).
