Allow for some form of configuration to select a Person Role's COU when a record is processed via a Pipeline. (It's not clear this should happen on an update, perhaps only add.)

Conceptually, this is similar to Group Mappings (CFM-354), at least in terms of the configuration. Since this is simple data modification, however, special handling as for group membership previews shouldn't be required.

If an EI Record contains multiple Roles, it should be possible to sync the Roles to different COUs. (Currently all Roles in the same EIR must sync to the same COU because the target COU is selected in the Pipeline configuration.)

This approach could also be applied to setting a Person Role's affiliation.
