A "Copy" button/icon should appear on hover/active states for MVEAs and index views where appropriate. This button should provide just the value to the end-user clipboard.

The smart checklist below (visible to users authenticated to this Jira) lists MVEAs as one item to add and the index views as another. MVEAs are implemented as vuejs components, so the feature will be added to the component. The index views will implement this as a feature that just produces the value and will be configured to be included (or excluded) from the index configuration for each view.
