Add classes where appropriate to table columns, set field sizes to better make use of column widths.

• Add class "actionButtons" to <th> and "actions" to <td> in tables where it does not yet exist (when such buttons are available)

• Favor the widths of primary elements in table columns (nowrap)

• Set some default values for input fields using larger % as needed.
