If an AttributeEnumeration option is changed, offer the ability (probably a checkbox that appears via /attribute_enumerations/edit/#) to update all existing instances of that enumeration. This would probably run as part of afterSave, or maybe checkWriteFollowups, and basically perform update model set attribute=newvalue where attribute=oldvalue. Might also update enrollment flow default attributes, if any.
