The menuMain template creates a link to the services portal menu. If there is only one portal entry (only services for the global CO, or for one COU), the services menu is a direct link and uses the 'couid' parameter instead of the 'cou' parameter.
This will cause an internal error, because no CO can be derived from the couid parameter.
