When trying to adjust the page size on a sizeable list, the page url parameter is incorrect and the change returns a 404. This only occurs if the URL is an 'implicit' url, like an index page, where the window.location content does not match the actual controller url.

If you first sort a column or move to a specific page, the URL gets set correctly and adjusting the page size limit will work correctly.

To reproduce:

• create 25+ COs
• go to platform->COs
• change the page size limit from 25 to 50
