Create an Organization Registry Object for tracking information about the organizations that OrgIdentities are associated with, including

• Name
• Description
• Identifiers (eg: SAML EntityID)
• Address
• URL

This would supplement, not replace, the existing OrgIdentity:o field, which would remain (optionally based on CoSetting?) available as a free text field. (o should probably be renamed to organization, perhaps as part of PE transmogrification.) The Organization Object should probably attach to existing MVPAs like Address and Identifier, similar to CoDepartments. (We probably need to some documentation to clarify an Organization vs a Department.)
