When an LDAP provisioning target is set to 'Queue on error mode' jobs that fail will retry forever until there is some type of manual intervention.

While some types of failures will resolve themselves with time (eg transient network issue or the LDAP server being rebooted), other types of failures won't resolve themselves. It would be helpful to be able to track the number of times a given job fails, and if it exceeds some arbitrary count, it would fail permanently, and no longer be retried.
