In the Pending Match view, if the inbound request was made via Registry (for example, from a Registry Pipeline) Match should offer a link back to Registry to view more information about the source record (such as the OIS Record). Note this doesn't require any special permission, Match can simply open a URL in a new tab/window to the Registry URL, and the assumption (to be documented) is that the user has authorization to view it.
