      EnvSource should have an Invitation Confirmer hook (ideally part of the same plugin, but as a separate plugin if necessary) that

      1. Displays the values received via the configured Environment Variables for the Enrollee to review before accepting the invitation
      2. Allow for the Enrollee to add supplemental attributes
