Add Phone Numbers and Addresses (physical/street) as supported attributes when integrating Registry with Match.

According to the Registry/Match integration wiki documentation, only certain attributes are supported with this integration. Even though both Registry and Match support additional attributes. Currently supported attributes include:

• Date of Birth
• Email Address
• Identifier
• Name

Phone numbers, such as a mobile phone number, seem like a good candidate as a fairly unique identifier that could be used on a pipeline with Match. Parts of a home address could also have value.
