The CoreApi model currently restricts the limit query parameter to be in the range from 1 to 1000.

The maximum should be increased from 1000, or perhaps configurable.

While there is reason to prevent too large of a payload from being marshalled, if a deployment has a enough resources to deliver 10,000 or even 100,000 records in a single payload then it would be helpful to allow it.
