Began an enrollment flow and included a COU. The CoPerson was immediately added to the  <COU> Members All group, before approval (but not Members Active). If the petition is denied, the CoRole will correctly show the role as denied, however, the CoPerson is left in the <COU> Members All group, even tho the person was never a legitimate member of the COU.  This seems off, essentially implying that the person was once a member of the group. It would be helpful to have a group membership that represented all members including current and emeritus members, but this would not work for that purpose.
