container COMANAGE_REGISTRY_ENABLE_PLUGIN typo

      comanage_utils.sh in the function comanage_utils::enable_plugins() there is a missing $ for COMANAGE_REGISTRY_SKIP_SETUP and so ./Console/cake database is not running properly.
