ApiSource maintains its own cache of records (ApiSourceRecords), which BulkLoadShell is not capable of creating (plugin models must foreign key to CoPerson). This means ApiSource records can't be properly bulkloaded, though eventually if an update is received ApiSource will probably fix the records eventually.
