Enrolling with additional attributes "Not Implemented"

      I have defined 2 additional petition attributes (see screenshot). When enrolling, data entry works, but upon pressing save it, a red "Not implemented" is presented. It is not clear what is not implemented. Nevertheless the enrolment flow stops and no data get committed.
