COU name on Petition Not showing

      pulled fdf500b229606bbec6d33af087c4f58d8b5045d3 which should have fixed from a7f14e8221... I verified it does. Petition has COU specified. In DB, both cm_co_petition_attributes and cm_co_petition have a petition id. COU name does not show on page. COU column is there.

      odd thing, probably nothing, but. in app/View/CoPetitions/index.ctp line 119:
      <th><?php echo $this->Paginator->sort('Cou.mawe', _txt('fd.cou')); ?></th>

      what is 'mawe'?
