User goes thru self enrollment, gets email to confirm email address, and follows link to ... /registry/co_invites/reply/<invite number>. User selects 'accept'. User is sent to root page .../registry/ with message 'Database save failed'. The petition is left at status 'Pending Confirmation'.

After looking at it for some time, we noticed the user had a longish First, Middle, and Last name - total 29 characters (not that long).

To test, I created a petition for myself, also with 29 total characters in the name: Michael BigScootchyBoots Manske. No honorific, no suffix. On the confirmation page, I selected 'accept', and got the same error - 'Database save failed.'

I then expunged that entry and created a petition for Michael BigBoots Manske - 22 chars - and all went fine.
