Grouper UI: CSS Regression in Chrome 76.0.3809.132 ?

      Today we've come across a strange UI regression where the left menu disappears off the screen. This only happens in chrome (76.0.3809.132). Firefox and Edge seem fine. We're doubly perplexed because we haven't made any production changes for the UI in a few months, and this just broke. I imagine it's a chrome bug; can anyone else reproduce?
