entityResolver ldapMappingEntityAttribute only allows subjectId or subjectIdentifier0

      No option in dropdown for subjectIdentifier1. Also, if you manually edit it to fix it, it doesn't allow it:

      invalid grouperAttributeThatMatchesRecord: subjectIdentifier1 expected 'subjectId' or 'subjectIdentifier0'
